What You See

What's Actually Happening
The system may be alive, but that does not mean it is operating within the conditions it needs. Capacity, airflow, controls response, and load can all be out of alignment while the equipment still appears to be working.
Why It Keeps Happening
Teams often stop at “it is running again,†which leaves the underlying performance problem in place. The system stays unstable because it was never brought back to proper operation, only back to movement.
What Needs To Happen
The equipment has to be evaluated under real operating conditions, not just startup conditions. That means looking at how the system behaves under load and how all parts of the system respond together.
